When this young family purchased their classic brick mid-century ranch in the heart of Ann Arbor Hills they immediately began planning for a complete renovation with a Palm Springs vibe. The small existing kitchen was moved from the side of the home into the center to take advantage of the existing wood beams and high ceilings. The 2-story brick wall was painted to become a soaring backsplash to the vibrant two-toned cabinets in white and navy, all making a stylish statement in the new hub of the house. Trim and doors painted dark gray contrast the creamy white walls and highlight the interesting angles throughout the home. A master suite was built to accommodate a large walk-in closet and bathroom with ample room for two. A favorite crowning touch is the soaking tub clad in a black mirror front, very unique!
