Preserving the Charm of an Ann Arbor Hills Mid-Century ColonialRead More
This 1955 Mid-Century Colonial underwent a major redo with a brand-new kitchen and powder room, new wood and tile flooring and new furnishings. A pass-through was created between the new kitchen and the dining room to open up both spaces and to add in much needed storage to each side. Yellow is a favorite color employed here and together with the addition of modern light fixtures to each room, acts as a connecting thread throughout the spaces. An eclectic mix of artwork and botanical prints are the delightful finishing touches in this fun, light-filled home.
